Fast Talk
CallRecord

Meetings. Without the bot.

Fast Talk notices when a call starts, records it from your Mac, and turns it into a note. With Note Intelligence on, you also get a summary and clear next steps.

A call starts. The notch offers to record. With automatic recording on, it counts down five seconds first.

Two tracks. Nobody joins the call.

Fast Talk records your microphone on one track and your Mac’s sound, which is everyone else on the call, on the other. The call sounds the same to you, and there’s no bot to let in.1

It knows when a call starts.

Fast Talk reads the calendars on your Mac, Google Calendar included, and reminds you before each meeting. Turn on automatic recording and it starts five seconds before the meeting begins, unless you choose Don’t Record.2

A meeting reaches its start time, and recording starts by itself.

Who said what.

Every turn in the transcript is labeled by speaker. Name someone once and Fast Talk learns their voice, so their name fills in by itself next time. Voice profiles stay on your Mac.

Voice profiles are made only when you name or confirm a speaker.

MayaPricing page is ready for review. I moved the yearly plan to the middle.

SamLooks right. Can we ship it Thursday?

YouThursday works if the screenshots land by Wednesday.

When the call ends, you get a summary and a list of action items. Each action item links to the moment it came from, so you can read the quote and hear it again. Ask This Note answers questions from the transcript, with sources.3

More from every meeting.

  • Ask for it out loud. Say “Hey Fast Talk, draft a follow-up email,” and the draft appears in the note’s Artifacts after the call ends.

  • Your notes, in your Markdown folder.

  • It asks before it stops. When nobody’s talking or the call has ended, Fast Talk asks, then saves the note a minute later.

  • Export it any way you need.

  • Share the notes. Share the transcript, and add the summary, action items or audio if you like.4

  • Works with Google Calendar.

  • Lock it with Touch ID.

  • On every Mac you use. Your notes sync through your iCloud. Recordings download when you want them.

From a call to a clear next step.

The call ends, the notes are ready, and you can send a link to your team.

Questions about meetings.

No. Fast Talk records your microphone and your Mac’s audio on your Mac. Nobody new appears in the meeting.

Only if you turn on automatic recording. Even then the notch counts down first, and you can choose Don’t Record. Otherwise it records when you choose Record.

It’s transcribed by a cloud speech service and saved on your Mac. Summaries and Ask This Note send only the transcript text and speaker labels, and only after you turn on Note Intelligence.

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, Webex and Slack, plus Google Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex in Chrome, Safari, Arc and Dia. You can turn call suggestions off in Settings, and stop them for one app when Fast Talk offers to.

Yes. As with any recording, let people know, and follow the rules where you and they are.
